Storing of IP address
We store the IP address transferred by your browser for the duration of seven days strictly for the purpose of enabling us to recognise, limit and remove any attacks on our website. After this period, IP addresses are deleted or anonymised. The legal basis for this is Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
When you visit our website, our web server temporarily stores usage data for statistical purposes as a log in order to improve the quality of our website. This data set consists of
- the site from which the file was requested,
- the name of the file,
- the date and time of the request,
- the amount of data transferred,
- the access status (file transferred, file not found),
- a description of the type of web browser used,
- the IP address of the requesting computer, shortened in a manner which makes it impossible to attribute it to any particular individual.
The log data listed above are stored in anonymous form.

In the context of a third-party data processing agreement pursuant to Article 28 GDPR, we transmit your data to service providers who assist us in the operation of our website and the associated processes. Our service providers are strictly bound to our instructions and under contractual obligation to us in this regard. We use the following service providers: Hosting service provider Design-Agentur Arne Klett.
We currently do not use any cookies on our website.

5. Specification of security measures
We put the most comprehensive technical and organisational measures possible in place in order to protect your data from unauthorised access. We use encryption processes on our website. Your information is transmitted from your computer to our server and vice versa via a TLS-secured internet connection. This can be recognised by the padlock symbol on your browser’s status bar and the fact that the address field starts "https://".
We offer you the option to subscribe to our newsletter on our website. If you have given your separate consent to us informing you by email about company products and services, your data will be processed accordingly on the basis of Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR. This is only permissible with your consent. You may revoke your consent at any time without such revocation affecting the legality of the processing up to this point. Once your consent has been revoked, we will cease the corresponding data processing.

b. Right to correction and erasure (Art. 16 and 17 GDPR):
You have the right to demand the immediate correction of incorrect personal data concerning your person and, where applicable, the completion of any incomplete personal data.

You have the right to demand the restriction of processing if one of the conditions given in Article 18 GDPR applies, e.g. for the duration of any verification process if you have objected to the processing.
d. Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR):
In certain cases, which are explained in detail in Article 20 GDPR, you have the right to obtain the personal data concerning your person in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and/or to demand the transfer of the data to a third party.

If data are collected on the basis of Article 6 (1) (f) (processing to maintain legitimate interests), you have the right to object to the processing at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation. Under Article 77 GDPR, you have the right to complain to a supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of the data concerning your person breaches provisions of data protection law.
